GIBSON GUITAR SIGNED BY JONAS BROS RULES

Official Rules: No Purchase Necessary To Enter Or Win. How to Enter/ Eligibility: The "Win a Gibson Guitar Signed by the JoBros" contest begins April 10th, 2008 and ends May 31st, 2008 at midnight.

To Enter: 1. Go online to www.kewlmag.com, and join the KEWL VIP Club by becoming a subscriber. As a logged in KEWL VIP Club member, you can enter VIP contests with out using KEWL Points. Alternatively, you may register for free as a regular member. Once registered, you can enter the contest on the contest page of the site in exchange for 2000 kewl points. Only one entry accepted per person. Additional entries will be disregarded. In the event of multiple online entries, KEWL points will not be returned to user and are considered forfit. If you do not want to become a member/subscriber, send in a sheet of paper with your full name, address, PHONE NUMBER, and prize you are entering for, and have it signed by a parent or legal guardian, along with his or her full name and PHONE NUMBER, with a note stating that you are allowed to attend the trip if you win.

The contest is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec). Employees of KEWL Magazine and any other entity associated with this contest are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible and/or postage due entries. Selection of Winners: All eligible entries received by May 31st, 2008, will be entered into a random drawing. One winner will be selected and informed by TELEPHONE. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules. All entrants are responsible for supplying KEWL Magazine with a current and working telephone number, either by keeping their profile correctly updated on www.kewlmag.com, and/or by including this information on their entry letter. The winner (and their guardian) will be notified by telephone beginning on or around May 31st, 2008, and will have 96 hours (four days) to respond, or an alternate winner will be selected. The winner and his/her parent or legal guardian may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release. Failure to comply with these Official Rules or to return any such forms properly signed within the deadlines and in the manner specified therein, will result in disqualification and awarding of the prize to an alternate randomly selected entrant. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if any prize is unavailable.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded as follows: The winner (and their parent or guardian) will be awarded a Gibson Guitar signed by the Jonas Bros. Guitar will be an open box due to signing. No warranty is granted by KEWL Magazine as to the functionality of the guitar. Prizes won by eligible minors will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian. Itinerary will be confirmed upon arrival. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other expenses not explicitly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of each winner.
